Agwe Njang Emmanuel founded Njangs Electronics and Automobile Trading Company Limited, abbreviated “NEAT CO, LTD” in 1976. A small one-man business employing one person served as secretary and sales attendant at the same time importing electronic parts. A few months after the company was registered, we included Automobile parts in our line of imports working with overseas firms as commission agents representing their products in the republic of Cameroon.

Encouraged by our relationship with Toko Shoji Co Ltd in Osaka Japan, a relationship started way back in 1975 that gave hope to the founding Managing Director to register Njangs Electronics & Automobile Enterprise in 1976, through which, together with Toko Shoji Co Ltd, we brought into Cameroon the Daihatsu vehicles, imported at the time by defunct Nibas Automobile Company Ltd. For the next ten years, we imported various Electronics and Automobile items with some on exclusive basis. By 1982 we began to diversify and with a staff that had grown to 16, we created a book division representing World Book Inc, an American company, marketing educational materials that included World book Encyclopedia, Child craft etc. By 1986 the Books Division alone was Employing 12 permanent staff and 28 freelance sales persons on allowances and commissions.

In terms of scale, NEAT CO LTD, has input a total investment of more than one thousand five hundred million francs (about USD 3 million) into several projects that included alternative energy from waste, Solar and diesel generators. Five hundred million francs was put in the first phase of acquiring land for building private and commercial buildings including Hotel projects. In 2006, we went into importation of new Chinese vehicles, exclusively with Chongqing Lifan Industry (Group) Imp.& Exp Ltd and Xinkai Automobile Group Co. Ltd. This project took a whooping 650,000,000 FCFA of investment in product promotion, stock and after –sales- service including show-rooms and maintenance facilities.

With a foundation on honesty, our strong knowledge of territory, quality deliveries, including the rules of customer as boss, our services hold a strong quality guarantee system for its success in our market. NEAT CO LTD believes in the conception of “Come from community, return to community “, NEAT CO. LTD makes great contribution to the public. Since 1976, NEAT CO. LTD has donated through its founder and through other organizations like the churches and Rotary International over 116,000,000 francs to humanitarian endeavors.

The sales network of NEAT products has spread across Cameroon.
